ORDERS

How can I track my order?

• Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. A tracking number will follow as soon as your order is shipped! Remember this can take up to 7-14 days.

Do you do pre-orders or back orders?

• Unfortunately, pre-orders and back orders are not available as of right now.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally? 

• Yes! Domestic shipping is $4.25 and international shipping is $9.99 flat rate.

How long will my order take to ship? 

• Please allow up to 7-14 business days to ship domestically and internationally.

I haven't received my order. What do I do?

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS tracking says "delivered" and you have yet to receive your package, please contact USPS as soon as possible.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your order is sent back to us due to incorrect information, you would have to repay shipping costs.

Is it safe to wear with sensitive skin?

• Earring hooks are made with hypoallergenic material, accommodating those with sensitive skin. The wire used is nickel-free and silver-plated and gold-plated copper wire.

Can I wear my jewelry in the water?

• It is recommended to refrain from wearing jewelry in the ocean/pool/shower, while applying lotions/perfumes, and sweating. However, with proper care, your jewelry will last.

Do you make silver jewelry?

• Yes! Product images show mostly gold, but there will be an option for silver if you prefer.

How often do you restock?

• Mostly 2-3 weeks. Since everything is handcrafted, the process is tedious and time-consuming, so please be patient! Your jewelry will come (:

When do you come out with new collections?

• It varies at times, but mostly around 1-2 months following the previous collection.
