REFUND POLICY

We can only accept refunds in the case of broken/damaged items on our end. 

  • If your purchase was less than satisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in original packaging and in unused condition to be accepted.
  • Exchanges are not allowed.

I haven't received my order. What do I do?

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS tracking says "delivered" and you have yet to receive your package, please contact USPS as soon as possible!
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your order is sent back to us due to incorrect information, you would have to repay shipping costs.
